I made an appt. to have the carpet cleaned in the entire house and was quoted $184.98. I provided the square footage and described the number of areas to be cleaned over the phone. The technician was scheduled between 3 and 4pm and was supposed to call when he was on his way. Two guys showed up unannounced at 1:45 and then quoted me $489!!! This place should be selling used cars.
