Been eating there for Over 30+ years....Sugg, the owner, is a hoot and loves her employees AND customers!!!! Beat hamburger joint in the tri-state area....bean soup, gravy & fries, hamburgers dipped, and the chili doesn't get any better than this!!!!! Love it!!!!

they treat peolpe who work there badly , strip searchs , name calling, etc.., true some get away with thing like terry, miranda,,merisa,angie, like not washing hands , rude to customers,serving out of date food , the owner sugg knows this and is o.k. with it the she cares about is your money and finding a boyfriend your should not take children there with her yelling we got a virgin this place should be closed over priced , dog food also they have a small bug problem....

Hickie's Hamburger Inn is great! I love their cheeseburgers and vegetable soup- that's my favorite. It's a classic in Scioto County, Ohio.
