Dr. Nelson is my dermatologist, he is calm, caring, gentle and listens to you. He doesn't "over zap" you and explains everything thouroughly. He has a naturally kind manner, I feel very confident in him.

Like a used car salesman they tacked on services that aren't covered under insurance. Then they had me as rescheduled when I showed up for my next appointment. I don't expect they'll reimburse me for taking time off and driving 25 minutes each way only to be sent away; without an apology or a reschedule.

Bad experience I felt degraded I would not recommended this office.

Doctor Todd Nelson is very good and has done very good on my wife's problems. If you need a great dermatologist this is the doctor you need.

I will drive 1hr and 45 min. just to go to the New Bern office. My son (4 yrs old) has ben deling with a bad skin condition for the past 1yr and a half. He has visited numerous dermatologist and doctors that just do not seem to care or even want to listen to him. The very first vist at this office with Dr. Nelson was great from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with a smile, at 4 pm, seen right away, and Dr. Nelson talked to my son and asked what he was feeling and did a skin scrape on him without him crying. This Dr. actually wants my son to get better and wants to make sure he was doing ok. Yes, I would highly recomend this doctor to anyone!!!! Way to go Eastern Dermatology, You guys are GREAT!!!!!
