ATTN OWNER of this location FIRE the man with glasses that works your Saturday Public Auction. There was alot of people that day half did not pay and the other paid there $10 DOLLARS. The man with glasses stopped us from simply watching the auction. When we asked him why is it ok for these other people not to pay he said"they are with a group" Whats the difference they did not pay ? He has a smug attitude and if he is the Facility Manager he shouldn't be. If you charge a few to look at your junk in the lockers to people that's fine. But do not cherry pick if others did not also pay. They will after reading this message probably make Fake google reviews but I would not take my business here just how he acted.

When you sign up you sign a standard lease. I understand the need to outline commitments and conduct.



I moved my belongings out. I did not inform them immediately and two weeks later when I did they told me I have to send them a "Notice to Vacate" 30 days in advance. I was giving them 2 weeks and they let me know I will be paying for another month of use. I had already paid them for a month I was not using it and expressed that I would like to terminate my business at the end of the current billing cycle. I communicated I would like them to wave the 2 weeks and take the best interest of their customers to heart. The manager Ron did not care. He said I would be held to my signed agreements. He was very rude. When I let him know I would absolutely take the time so share my experience with him he called me a, "Model citizen".



Please don't waste your time or award your business to an establishment with such poor regard for basic civility. Do yourself a favor and Google, "New Berlin Storage Master". You will see virtually every rating site show extremely poor reviews. I wish I had done that before I signed with them. I can see plenty of people having similar issues.

Worst experience I have ever had with a business! They say they are the cheapest place, that is before all the hidden costs. The owner of the business is one of the most rude and selfish people you will ever deal with and does not care about his customers at all. How they are still in business is unbelievable. I would never recommend this place and will tell everyone that I know to stay away!!!
