We decided to address several aesthetic issues on the exterior of our home: Its original twenty-year roof was almost at the end of its lifespan and the deck was beginning to show signs of deterioration despite repeated painting. The siding did not hold paint well and the colors looked tired. It was time for a makeover.

We had hoped to find a full-service contractor that had experience with each of these areas as well as quality materials, including TimberTech composite decking and James Hardie siding. The list of candidates was short and from it we selected Elite Exteriors, LLC of New Berlin, WI. This choice was supported by a very competitive bid.

Elite Exteriors began work promptly after delivery of the materials. The project proceeded with the new roof followed by the siding, gutters, and deck. Under the supervision of excellent foremen, Elite’s crews worked diligently and their excellent craftsmanship became obvious as the work progressed. Some glitches will occur on a project as large as this one. On this project, these were minor and they were addressed in a timely fashion each to our satisfaction. The individual crews and Elite Exterior’s management were responsive and this family-owned business stood behind its goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction.

Our project was finished after five weeks of work with no debris or materials left on-site and no damage done to the property. Elite Exteriors had transformed our home with a new and exciting look. The best part may still be the fact that the exterior is now virtually maintenance free!

In the end, Elite Exteriors met expectations and delivered satisfaction. If you are the kind of person that keeps track of everything, Elite Exteriors also brought to the table full spectrum service, good pricing, excellent craftsmanship and supervision, responsiveness, and integrity. Elite Exterior completely redid the exterior of our house - replacing the siding and adding stone to the exterior. The work performed was exemplary! All of the crew members were professional and courteous and were focused on ensuring we were happy with the end product, checking in throughout the way. They were extremely hard-working and completed the project much quicker than we would have ever anticipated. An absolutely fabulous company to do business with!

I’ve had Elite out to my house a couple of times in the last few months for storm damage from high winds.

The first time a city tree fell on my front porch. Without hesitation Elite came out. They did a fantastic job of matching up the shingles. They replaced the damaged soffit, gutters, and roof. They didn’t leave a mess. They walked around the house and tightened up some other loose areas.

The second time we lost some shingles on our main roof. Within 48 hours they climbed up there and repaired the damage. They showed me before and after pictures and the work was seamless.

I had an old dish attached to my house and I asked if they could take that down and patch the holes for me. Without hesitation the crew took it down and put it on the curb for the local scrapper.

Once this roof wears out I’m going to put a metal one on. I will definitely be calling Elite when the time comes.

Our house was in need of much needed face-lift! We had our siding, gutters, sofit, facia and downspouts replaced AND had a window added to our living room. I can not explain how happy we are with the transformation of our house! We have neighbors stopping all of the time to ask us about it; they even think that we replaced our roof and added shutters which we didn't....the face-lift has just brought out all of the other features of our house.
Everyone who was working on our house was very respectful and kind....they took the time to explain everything they were doing on the house. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the job within the time scheduled!! We can not thank Elite Exteriors LLC enough for all of their hard work this summer.

Crew supervisor/foreman called with questions on how I wanted some things done and made it happen. He also went above and beyond getting some small glitches fixed.
The office called to ask if I had any problems that needed fixing and if I considered the job complete before sending the invoice.

They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would, they did have to delay once due to the weather, but had no issues due to them communicating that to me. We had our roof replaced through Elite and everything was great. Zack was easy to work with and promptly answered any questions. The crew was quick and did great work.

It took me 5 years to find a company that I felt would be up to the task of replacing my roof on my Brewers Hill victorian home that was 120 years old. Even though it was a death wish house to replace a roof on! I knew that they would have the expertise to do the job safely and correct. Seeing these guys in action only confirmed that they are professional roofers. Now that the job is done i'm glad I went with them over others. They we're easy to work with, always followed through with phone calls and emails. The work was done correct and on schedule. A+ company to do roofing, gutters, and carpentry.

I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. They overcame a number of old-home “gotcha’s”, applying a thorough understanding of their craft, their products, flexibility, and a determination to get to the best possible outcome for me – the customer. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. When they were done, it was like – “WOW!” Elite Exteriors is reliable, professional, cost competitive (that’s how they got the job in the first place), and a pleasure to work with at all levels of the organization. Would highly recommend Elite! They did an excellent job on our roof and siding project! We are so pleased with the results. Great attention to detail and communication throughout!

Overall excellent job. They were contracted to:
1) Remove a patio door, build up exterior and interior walls, install a new window, paint and stain.
2) Remove current cedar siding, fascia, soffits, and trim and replace it with HardiePlank.
3) Remove and replace the gutters.
We are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Elite Exteriors. Elite Exteriors was very efficient, competent and professional throughout the entire process.

We had them replace our existing shake roof with asphalt shingles, add 6 sky lights and put in 5 windows. They also built 4 new dormers for us and sided all 7 of our dormers...WOW is all I can say.... Looks great... Dave Watry is 100 the real deal in construction. He is amazing to work with.

We hired Elite Exteriors to do some repair work on our duplex in Wauwatosa. Old shingle siding was falling off in chunks, and we were really hoping to skate by one more winter with the current siding. They repaired it as best they could, given the circumstances. Since we were not quite happy with the initial repair, Scott was very understanding and went the extra mile for us. He beat our best quote for siding the entire place, and did EXCELLENT work in replacing our entire siding. We had a very positive experience working with Elite Exteriors. After a summer of frustrations with subpar contractors it was refreshing to finally work with a crew that knows how to do quality work. Elite Exteriors was extremely accommodating. They were able to make use of the material we were stuck with from another company and fixed our unexpected water damage. We were assured, “whatever needs to be done, we will take care of it”. In addition to the additional repairs we were impressed with the aesthetically pleasing changes that the company suggested to our original plan with the Hardie Plank siding.
