Very poor customer service and quality. Rude employees. I will never use them again. They need better training and manners.

Set up an in home estimate for some spray foam - no show! Called to find out what happened -- sick call on their end so rescheduled. Again - no show! Called, basically dismissed like they were too busy to handle a small residential job. Figured I would support a business in the town I live in but they did not care - went with Suburban Insulation. Suburban was reliable, on time, professional & reasonable; from what I could tell - tried to get quotes from 10 different insulation companies in Milwaukee area and they were 1 of the 3 out of the 10 different places I tried to set up an in home estimate. What is with all the flakey contractors?
