Our nearly 14 year old cocker spaniel was gravely ill and Dr. CJ ended his suffering today. We had not been to that office before, but can say that we will continue to treat our remaining three cocker spaniels at NBVC. Dr. CJ's fee was greatly reduced out of compassion for us. If anyone who reads this review has any doubts, please allay your fears. This office is first rate.

Gone way down hill. They charge you for the entire visit if you are a few minuets late or have to reschedual for any reason. Admin Jessica will select people to go after and charge them enourmous amounts of money. If you miss an appointment, you have to pay for it anyway. If you are late, you pay for the entire visit twice. You cancel and Jessica assigns monetary penalties to you if she wants. And if you do pay your bill to her or missy, don't be surprised if you get a bill and threat in the mail as they some how 'lost' the payment or don't remember you paying them at all. Good vets but the rest of the place needs an overhaul
