Project Independence
250 Elm St, New Bedford, MA 02740
Project Independence, a community-based, non-profit organization, was founded in July 1982 by a group of individuals concerned with the health and well-being of the elderly and disabled who needed assistance and support in order to remain independent and live at home. Our adult day health center provides daily medical and social activities to prevent and postpone nursing home placement. Founded in 1982, we serve seniors and adults with limitations who live in the Greater New Bedford area. Contact us today for more information!
