Provided by YP.comI am appalled with the lack of professionalism in this facility. I went in for my first appointment with a therapist who was pretty good at what she did, however, I wanted to speak with someone a little closer to my age so I could relate to her better. I called the receptionist the next day to explain this, and the receptionist had the original therapist call me back and confront me about "dumping" her! This is a terrible practice and the worst way they could have handled this situation. I did not appreciate the confrontation for something that I requested to make me feel more comfortable, and I would have expected a center for counseling to have understood. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Terrible customer service!!
