Since 2002, Pet Resort at Willow Wood has been providing pet washing and grooming center. Based in New Albany, Ohio, it offers luxury lodging for dogs and cats with modern facility, daycare and grooming options and full service veterinary hospital, to mention a few. The center offer dog lodging options offering bedding, family pets lodging together and features skylights, music and climate controlled atmosphere. It also provides activities for cats individual playtimes, daily special gourmet treat and laser light show, among others. Pet Resort at Willow Wood has membership with Pet Care Services Association (PCSA).

I boarded my pets at Willow Wood. I feel they over charged for the service. They would never give me a $ figure before the pets were boarded then I tried to pay ahead but they stated they do that at the end. I paid for the added special care pack yet when I picked them up at 10am they still charge me a full day plus the extra potty breaks, treat and night time tuck in??? The total for just that day was 100.00 extra dollars even though I picked them up at 10am I was told the earliest I could pick them up was between9-10. They told me they give a 10% second dog courtsey this was 27.00 my total bill was close to 700.00 for 6 days and 1hr. that was not a 10% courtsey. The food I measured and gave to them with instructions was not followed and 5 packs of the food were returned unused. My dogs have obviously lost weight and they have diarrhea. I was not pleased with this experience.
