I have tried calling the New Albany OH post office all day and got a busy signal. I mentioned this to a mail carrier and they said they take the phone off the hook all day so they don’t have to deal with callers. What company can do this and get away with it?

Yesterday, Feb.9, I took a package to the New Albany post office. It was a package with a pre addressed return label which stated FROM: (My name and address)

RETURN TO: (BUSINESS NAME /ADDRESS IN BOLD PRINT)

I paid my postage to have this sent back to the business. It had to be postmarked by Feb.9 or return supposedly won't be accepted. Weather condition was a Level 2. Today, Feb.10, @ 5:57 I walk to my mailbox and inside is the package that is supposed to be heading to CA. Instead it is in Pataskala, OH, about 5 miles from the P.O. What can I say but INCOMPETENT ---Learn to read address labels, after all, you do work at a Post Office.
