Insurance Office of Central Ohio ( IOCO ) has been engaged in Insurance and Risk Management Consulting services for over 80 years. We maintain an office in New Albany, Ohio, and we employ a staff of twenty people. IOCO represents many of the best Property, Casualty, Individual and Group Life and Health, and Professional Liability Insurance Carriers. Our sales and service representatives can provide nearly any business with Risk Evaluation and Risk Management advice. We offer a complete range of Personal, Commercial, Individual and Group Life and Health Insurance products, as well as many other Employee Benefit Services. Sixteen of our twenty members are licensed insurance agents and are involved in state approved continuing education programs. Complete resume's for each individual are available on request. Our agency believes in building long term relationships with our clients. We like to meet with each of the individuals for whom we write insurance, and we assign both a producer and a customer service representative to work with each client. We strive to keep our clients informed about changes in their coverage, as well as general changes in the insurance industry. Most importantly, we make a great effort to see that any claim or potential claim is handled quickly, discreetly, and fairly.
