These people are hacks, completely unreliable, and unprofessional. They did a really p!ss poor job. I subsequently went through endless phone tag and games with these people over months. Eventually, I had to have the work redone by someone else, and I had to take them to court. The Franklin County Court system was completely unhelpful regarding my plight, the magistrate was the rudest @sshole, and I lost my case despite proving that they lied to the court several times! This happened in spite of FP bringing only a printout of their webpage making grandiose claims as evidence, them obviously getting really nervous when they were caught off-guard after I presented records of the phone calls to court, and me providing hard proof that they lied to the court several times.. When I appealed the court's decision, the magistrate listed in the statement of facts things that I never said. Unfortunately, due to space limitations I can't attach all of the evidence here, but I am willing to provide this if you are thinking about doing business with these people. Two subsequent companies I used, one to correct their poor workmanship and another hired after I moved and incurred more damage, told me this company has a terrible reputation. I strongly advise you to think long and hard before dealing with these people because the court system in Franklin County, OH will not help you. You will be wasting your time and will end up spending twice as much money.
