The apartments at Albany Woods are cute at first glance, however, the property is poorly run and the management staff are not professional. The office staff and the property manager are rude, condescending, and lack integrity. My husband has a dog, but due to my severe allergies, the dog has never been allowed in the room we sleep in. After moving out, we received a letter with charges from Albany Woods stating that all of our carpet smells like pet urine, including in the bedroom. Not only was the dog not allowed in the bedroom, but she was a champion show dog who has NEVER urinated in the apartment. I find these allegations absurd and a sneaky way for Albany Woods to take money from us--there is no way that we can prove that our pet did not urinate on the carpet as we moved out over a month ago and live several states away now. This is very dishonest and disappointing.
