We called to get a price to bring our dog in for a checkup. They went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. This vet stands behind their service.

My baby boy is diabetic Dr Davis Hunt is his vet ... and all the people that work with him are awesome.....

While I have every confidence in most of the staff there, having to deal with pompous, rude Ann Ross at the front desk makes my decision to drive to Baldwyn from now on. I doubt I am the only customer to stop doing business because of her. She has such a nasty demeanor, no one wants to deal with her.

These people call themselves Christians and claim to care about animals!! My son's cat was ill with cancer and we made the decision to end his suffering, but on the way to the vet, he passed away!! When we got there, Ann Ross was very rude, and said to "go bury him in a hole somewhere, what were they supposed to do with a dead cat....ewww"!! She was not compassionate at all, she was cruel and going to lunch was more important to her than helping a bereaved boy!! I would not recommend them to any one!!! A one-star rating is too high of a mark for this place, but I had to give them one in order to post this review!!!
