TRASHY,DIRTY/MEAN STAFF-- TRAVELED 20 MILES TO SEE MOVIE AND IT WAS CANCELLED-- CHECK PURSES ON ENTERING BUT DONT SEARCH MEN.TOO HOT AND LOUD-- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

to the manager of the New Albany Regal 16 movie house. I took my wife and my son to see Rogue One on Christmas day and the movie stopped about 15 minutes in to the movie. We wanted for over 45 minutes and then we walked out and went home. It was a very disappointing to say the least. The manager came in after one of the patrons went to talk with the staff about our movie playing but no picture. I did not see anyone when I left but heard that she was giving refunds after we had left. My question is how do I get reimbursed for those tickets? I'm very mad! I traveled all ththe way from Scottsburg to New Albany to see Madea Halloween! Online it says the times were 7:40 and 10:10. I even have a screenshot to prove it! Well we get there and they are not showing it anymore. Then you guys need to fix it online. That is very disappointing! I've not only wasted my gas but I wasted my time
