Very fast! Thank you! I called around 9 am and by 10:30 you had already came to my house and fixed my washer! Very satisfied customer!!!

Refrigerator repair is my only contact. They were not timely. We waited more than one month for them to replace a defective thermostat, during which time the upper section of our French-door refrigerator became unusably warm, and we did not have access to our ice maker (which with our permission had been removed for convenience in the repair). However, an inquiry about the delay resulted in a repairman arriving two days later, who finished the repair in good order. They apologized for the delay and extended our warranty by three months.
