I have always shopped at shorelines when i needed a gift. I always send out of town guest there for souvenir. After having a conversation with the owner today that will never Happen again. My 15 year old daughter purchased something at shorelines and There was a problem. They treated her with disrespect mocked her and basically told her not their problem. When i spoke with the owner she screamed and demanded that she be heard. I told her that no matter what the age no one deserves to be treated with utter disrespect. Not only will we not shop there again but neither will the other parties involved. I still believe in good customer service no matter what the age.

This little store is an absolute must to check out. Very cute and unusual stuff. The prices are very reasonable also.
