Mike's heating and air conditioning has been our service provider for the last 15 years. Mike and his staff are very professional and get the job done. We were so happy with this service that we had Mike's heating and a/c install a new a/c unit at our rental property. John and Diane

Last winter we called Mike to have our heater repaired on a Wednesday prior to a winter storm that was coming in. They couldn't send anyone until Friday and it wasn't Mike who had come before. The man was probably here 15 mins total and replaced a part stating it was the same problem as his last call. We paid the bill and he left. However, it was not fixed and when I called back, I was told that they would not send anyone back out and we ended up using a kerosene heater for the weekend. I told them that I didn't want anyone to come back out but Mike because he had always done a "good" job, as I now had no trust in the other employee. When he arrived he immediately began threatening me stating that I had better not say anything bad about his employee in his presence. He was very intimidating and I asked him to leave. He refused stating that he could not leave the heater apart because he was liable. I found his entire behavior unacceptable and I truly doubt he would have acted that way if my husband would have been there. I would never recommend them to anyone and will give his business a total THUMBS DOWN!!!!
