They sawed my log up and kept some of it for them selves and didn't cut it correctly. To help you understand i brought my own walnut log 27" at one end 23at the other end 21 feet long that was a limbless truck section as well as th 20 foot peice above that. I gave them very clear instructions about how I only wanted 2" thick live edge slabs for the larger trunk and 1" for the other , they even made the comment nice and simple. Well I got call that my lumber was done so I go and am shown a pile of 2" walnut cut into demetional lumber 2X4 2X6 2X8. I didn't even think it was the right pile well I paint the end of our log a color to make sure and sure enough it was . Now I'm screwed because I had this milled for a job and had to go back to the customer to explain. The owner a explained how he was sorry but now im out the wood lost the job . I ask for the live edge parts maybe i can put it back together for the customer to give them live edge slabs well being fall they were nowhere to be found. ill never go there again and would not recommend them ever. They could have at least tried to make it right but nope.
