NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a rotating bird feeder and it rotated the wrong way for my cage so I had to return it. This company sent an order (over $300 value) to me which was meant for another customer several states away. I called the company and let them know where their missing item was. I had to repack it and return it. No thank you from them but to show me their appreciation they charged me a 25% restocking fee on my returned item. I complained and they said "its stated in our return policy".
