Chuck and his team have served me and now my mother in law well for over a decade. They are quick to respond and great to work with. They had come highly recommended from a friend and i am very glad they did.

When navigating through IRS rules that were confusing to me, my questions were slow to get answered, many were not completely answered, and many phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. Very frustrating when working on a tax deadline and wanting to get the taxes done correctly. Chuck Swartz and his staff seemed to be too busy to be bothered with my questions and seemed to be interested in just running me through the mill and collecting a paycheck.
