I've been going to Center Auto for years and have been completely satisfied with their service - both the quality of the repair work and, just as importantly, the quality of their customer service. They've handled 4 of my family's cars. They are fast, efficient, cost effective and very trustworthy. They always take the time to explain everything and offer interim alternatives if at all possible. I've always felt respected and valued. They have often jumped through hoops to fit me in if there is an emergency. They even offer a ride to and from your home if you live in Needham. I always recommend Jim and Paul to everyone looking for someone they can trust. Even though I no longer live in Needham, I will still take my car to Center Auto for service.

These guys do great work. Fair prices and service oriented to boot.
For example, if you need a ride home or to work upon vehicle drop-off in the morning, they'll give you one free of charge. Highly recommend them. I recently had a good overall experience.

I would not go ANYWHERE ELSE. We totally love this place - they have seen us through a Honda Odyssey, a Honda Accord, and a hand-me-down Volvo. They are professional, courteous, and very honest. When our Odyssey was approaching the end of its life, they told us it was not worth repairing, and if they did repair it, it would likely not last more than 6 months. They are very responsive, and helped us find a donation site for the Odyssey (the Neponset County Humane Society). Their repairs are great, and they always call with estimates before doing any work on the vehicles. Love them.

I have been continuously pleased with the phenomenal service I have received from Center Automotive! As someone with a career in the automotive service industry I have very high standards when it comes to the servicing of my vehicle and after one too many dealership horror stories Center Automotive is now the ONLY place that I trust my Volvo with! I will continue to return and send friends here!

I have been coming to Center Auto for 15 years and these guys are the best! The place is very clean and has large show room/waiting area. The owners are friendly and actually try to get your car in right away. They even have a shuttle and have been able to drop me off at work. They also don't try to push extra unnecessary work on your car.
