Poorly run business that is not responsive to customers. Not sure if they are still in business because they haven't picked up my trash in 2 weeks and never answer the phone.

Horrible service. Pick up is never on time. This time its over a week late with no communication from the company. Can't reach anyone via the phone and voicemail is full.

WORST!! Called this company to come pick up a large trash load. They said they would be there at noon on Saturday. 4pm still no trash company or a phone call. Call the office numerous times no one answered. Left my house about 4:30pm. Called Monday, & finally at 5 minutes till 5 somebody answered the phone. The woman said that they came out at 5 p.m. and no one was home.... at 5 p.m.!!!! Monday morning they were supposed to start normal pickup of our regular trash. Again no show no pick up of trash and no phone call. She said because of the "DRAMA" of us not being home 5 hours after our appointment for pickup at noon that they decided they didn't want to pick up our trash!! They should have apologised for POOR service!! VERY unprofessional, VERY unreliable! I will share this experience with all of my neighbors & friends!! You should do the same so someone else doesn't have to deal with horrible service!!

I wish that someone would answer the damn office phone im just gonna go with kimble atleast they answer the damn phone

I am very pleased with the service that we get from Meta Waste. It is the only business I know of that will pick up your trash at the curb or at the back door. we have forgotten to put the trash out and they came up to the house and took the garbage from around the back of the house. The service is exceptional. I have never had a trash service that gives one price for curb side and back door pick up. It was just one or the other. this company lets you forget to put your trash out and they will come and get it for you if they can. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

After switching service, I got spoiled by this company. I always forget to put my trash out, and the previous company came by at 4am. I leave my trash by my garage where I normally keep it and the driver walks up and gets it. This is at no aditional charge. I don't even no when my trash day is, I don't have to. I refered all my family and friends, including my father who is disabled. Now he puts it outside his front door, and the driver walks up and gets it. Thanks Meta Waste! Best trash service ever!
