Our experience with Reliable has been great. They have a water test lab there, which is very helpful, and a really good parts and chemicals department. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Had a couple problems, we will see

Been waiting almost three months for our new liner that we have already paid for!!! There is less than a quarter of summer/swimming season left and we sit inside and keep waiting. They messed up the measurements of our pool and ordered the wrong liner. And they will never call you!!!

over the years i would drain my hot tub for the winter. the first couple of srprings i would have reliable come out to repair the cracks at about $500/yr. i asked if i could prevent this. he said yes. with spa anti-freeze. thanks for telling me this 3 years ago. i stopped down recently to get rid of a spa i purchased april/2013. (not from riliable) . the office said they would send somebody over that afternoon. when they discovered that i didn't buy the spa from them, they said they had too much going on to take on another spa. but they would take it for free. this was a refurbished spa. all he had to do was pay me and display it. but because i didn't buy it from them, he had a baby tantrum and insulted me with that remark. i would never buy a spa or anything from them. should be named un-reliable.
