I recently was looking for a Thompson Water Seal product that I had used on my stockade fence about 7 years ago.I stopped in at Ed' s and one of the employees looked up the item number on the computer and we found out it was discontinued.I called Thompsons and the man I talked to said they still made it and I could probably find it.I called other local business's and was told they didn't have it either and it was discontinued.I resolved myself to the fact I would have to get another color and called Ed's back and told them I would be in to order a different color.About half hour later a very nice woman from Ed's called me back and said she was researching the product I want and she found that Lowe's in Derby had it, I was thrilled.For this woman to still look for me and tell me it was at another business is outstanding customer service.She could have kept quiet and had the sale herself, but she went over and beyond, and that is why I'm writing this review!

THANK GOD FOR ED'S HARDWARE! MY COFFEE PERCOLATOR CORD BROKE..COULD'NT FIND ONE SO I CALLED ED'S HARDWARE AND OF COURSE THEY SELL THEM!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
