Woke up looking for glass of cold water. 10+ year old Frig dead! After calling another appliance/repair store who were booked for a week, I called Ferraris, pleasant helpful young lady, confirmed they had refrigerator that fit my needs in stock. and could be delivered TODAY.. Later got call confirming their delivery time. Guys that delivered and (took away old appliance) were pleasant and efficient. All for fair a price. I couldn't have asked for more.

Terrible place to do business with. I purchased a dishwasher to replace a 17 year old one that died and the installer couldn't or wouldn't install it. When I cancelled the order I was told their would be a re-stocking fee. The dishwasher never came off their truck. I purchased the same dishwasher at Lowe's and saved $300.00

Had Ferrari's come in to service dryer. Service man pulled drum out of dryer and left a 6 inch gouge in our hardwood floor and would not take any responsibility for it. Very dissatisfied with how I was treated and would never use them again. Went to Lowes and was very pleased with their service!

We have a long history with Ferrari's Appliance, and it continues to be a pleasure to work with the next generation. I love supporting a well-run family business. Customer service is excellent--from the person on the end of the phone who helps me articulate my appliance's malfunction to the tech who shows up on time to complete the diagnosis, intelligently explain what to keep in mind when deciding whether to fix in this case my dryer or buy a new one. My dryer needed a part, the tech returned with it in two days and my dryer works again. They carry and service a wide range of products, and, the bills for labor and parts are reasonable. j.W. 5/7/15

If you enjoy terrible condescending customer service, don’t care how long it takes or how much you pay this is the place for you. After waiting 10 day longer than promised for a pump to fix my washing machine it arrived with one of the attachments broken. I was told it would take another 10 days to order a new one but he could rig it to work. So not only did I pay full price for the broken part but was charged the labor to rig the piece so it would fit. The technician was pleasant enough but misinformed as to the front offices policies, basically once they have your money they forget about you.

Ferrari's service was friendly, professional and outstanding in helping with me an emergency concerning my washing machine on a Saturday afternoon! Extra effort was given to help me out even though the service department was getting ready to close for the day. I highly recommend this business to everyone. In the future this will be the first place I call when I have an appliance problem. GREAT!!!!!

They have wonderful service. They really stand behind what they sell and even will repair appliances you don't buy from them. Their technicians are polite and very prompt. And they give you an hour long time frame instead of half a day to wait like Sears does. I will never buy another appliance from Sears again. Ferrari's is so much better to deal with. Thank you for the wonderful service.

What an awesome friendly business

I have twice called them in a panic, once for my stove and once for my refrigerator. Both times they were extremely helpful and I have to tell you so kind and professional on the phone and at my house within 20 min. Now that's customer service. I am very loyal and will always call them first. They are the most honest, reliable and friendly people you will ever deal with. Huge Kudos to all of them.
