Arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, which is always a plus. Very nice gentleman. Did an awesome carpet cleaning job.

Anthony managed to remove stains like I couldn’t believe! He called to inform me he was unable to get to my house by 8am. He gave me an approximate arrival time that was spot on. I definitely will use Zerorez again.

Completely unacceptable situation created by Rachel who I spoke to on the phone and Adam who arrived to handle the work. Rachel and I discussed cleaning the first and second floor. Cleaning hardwood and tile on the first floor and sealing. Adam proceeded to clean 2 rooms on the second floor with carpet, cleaned the stairs with a carpet runner, then said that he did not have enough time to complete the job and that another appointment would need to be scheduled. It was explicitly discussed with Rachel that the stairs were excluded from the dimensions I had provided. Adam then charged for the "3 room special" and stated that the they charged $50 to clean stairs. The job is incomplete and is left completely unacceptable.
