Zen Rabbit makes The Gratitude Cookie???. A cross between a butter and a sugar cookie, it's unusually thin, crunchy and light. This delicious treat doesn???t contain any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives or partially hydrogenated oils or fats. We use real butter and real vanilla, unbleached flour, vanilla soymilk and egg whites from cage-free chickens. It's called The Gratitude Cookie??? because we encourage you to think of one thing you're grateful for while enjoying each cookie.
