When we moved into our home Sean's company was the pest control business that our property manager had been using. We asked him to stay on and work for us. It was a great decision. Sean is friendly, honest, has competitive pricing and very helpful in both keeping bugs away but he also does our lawn care (for weeds and bugs). Would recommend him to anyone who needs these services.

Over the years Sean has responded quickly and courteously to all of our requests for pest removal. I have no problem recommending him to all of my neighbors and friends.

Sean came out and he was very friendly even my dog loved him. He explained what he was going to do and was very thorough. Sean was very fair in prices and no contracts like the other companies I have used. I will recommend him to everyone I know and continue to use him for all my pest services!!

Shawn is from Zap Pest Control is very professional. He spent time to walked us through the procedure and what's product he would used to killed the bedbug. Most impress thing is he is very honest, he advised us on what to do so we don't spend a lot money on unnecessary work.

We discovered some pests and I called Zap because they had been recommended by more than one of my friends on Facebook. I could not have been more happy with their price, how fast they were able to schedule me in, the customer service and the knowledge and methods used that totally rectified our problem while keeping our family safe! They totally exceeded my expectations, they go above and beyond! My husband didn't want me to call but after they came out, my husband said he was glad I called, that says A LOT! If you need someone to help get rid of pests CALL ZAP, I promise you won't be sorry!!!

At 6 PM tonight I set out on the impossible task of finding an inspector who could do an "emergency" termite inspection for a client whose loan needed to fund tomorrow. I had little hope of finding anyone on such short notice until I reached Sean, who was so concerned about helping me meet my deadline that he volunteered to do the inspection tonight as soon as he finished the one he was doing when I called - a 90-minute round trip on top of the inspection time. The report was emailed to me within about four hours and I am going to bed very relieved and extremely grateful to have found such an outstanding professional. Consider me a raving fan!

Sean saved our lives. On a Sunday nonetheless when no one else would! We had a Yellow jacket hive that was apparently being built underneath our back porch, it became such a problem after our failed naive attempts to kill them and bury the nest that they started to enter the house. It was on a Sunday when we notice 1 enter, 2.. 3.. 8.. yellow jackets. We knew we had to get the problem taken care of. I called multiple locations, but it was around 4:30 PM on a Sunday evening and licensed technicians were unavailable. Except for Sean with Zap. He came over the same evening, sprayed the problem areas and explained how and why the yellow jackets were building a nest. We even noticed a possible entry location into the house from one of our pipes that was loose and he offered to caulk it for us (I do not think this was part of his service, but out of the goodness of his heart). Sean was clear about everything, and let us know that his work had a 30 day warranty. Very nice, very friendly, and very professional. I recommend Sean for any pest problem you may have.

I was freaking out after learning that I had a pest problem that I desperately wanted fixed. The day I found out I was so disgusted with the little things that I had immediately called Zap. They were the only exterminators I found with good reviews. Originally I was going to go for a bigger company but was very disappointed with their customer reviews which is why I chose Zap. I called pretty late at night and explained my situation, obviously it was to late for him to come that night (nor would I want someone over that late) but he did answer his phone, give me a price and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He was very professional and understanding and did a very thorough job. He answered my millions of questions and scheduled a follow up in two weeks. Any time I had a question he told me to call, for anything I needed to know. Every time I called he was there to help and if he didn't answer the phone right then, he always called back within a couple of hours. He was so willing to explain everything to it's fullest, I really appreciated his help. At one point, he had even come back when I complained of still seeing them around and did a quick little spray for free! He bent over backwards for me with advice, help, tips, and even a small gift free to help me keep them away. I will never go to anyone else ever again and I will always recommend him to my friends. I wish there was more I could do to say thank you for everything you've done but all I can do is spread your name, write your well deserved review and of course, bake you cupcakes just like I promised. By the way, this is weeks after the second visit and I haven't had a problem since. Everything he did was amazing! (And if anyone is wondering... I did bake the cupcakes as promised)

I have spiders slugs ants and worst of al hornets! I could hardly go outside with my toddler but other pest control companies claim they were a good price but you had to sign a yearly contract to have your house sprayed even in WINTER? Don't fall for it. This is the company for the BEST pest control at an AMAZING price!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this guy deserves one! I was looking for a new pest control provider last Spring. I had recently tried a couple different places, but felt like I needed to find something better. I searched online to find a place that had great reviews so that I didn't need to keep trying out new places. Sean is the only person that I found that had a 5-star rating. And, he should! Sean took all the time I needed as I compared pricing, products, and services both over the phone on my first call and when he came out on his first visit. I'm really impressed how well he knows the chemicals he uses. He follows all of the chemical directions precisely, and he'll tell you if there's something he can't do. Also, Sean doesn't send an employee out. He does all his calls for spraying and pest control himself. Sean came out for the second time today. He did a great job as usual. We'll continue to use him in the future!

He did a thorough job on the inside and outside of our house. I like that he is not a high pressure salesman. He doesn't try to make you do a contract. He is a honest man and did a great job. He did mine on the same day I called. His prices are really good and he is also funny and friendly. We will stick with him in the future!

Sean did a great job. He came right to our house and took care of the ants and spiders. I HATE spiders, so thanks for doing such a great job and making me feel safe at home again.

Sean is very professional, and very responsive. I am a property owner and manager, and I have never dealt with such professionalism from a vendor. Sean is knowledgeable and always gets the job done.

Not only were they able to come out the same day after i called at 3:30 but, he tookThe time to look at the picture I got of the hairy, scary spider and assured me it was harmless. I will sleep better tonight for sure! I will definitely use zap again and again!

I've been using Zap for the past year and half and am completely satisfied. Sean is great to make sure all of our issues are taken care of. Last summer we hardly had any wasps near our house, which was a huge improvement over previous years as we live near many fruit trees. Zap Pest Control is a great value. Sean is honest in what he does and wouldn't do something if I didn't need it done. I highly recommend using this company.

Zap Pest Control did a good job. Sean was on and time and very professional. The rate was not bad either. All the places I looked around and none of them could beat is prices. I highly recommend this company.

Me and my wife have been fighting a mouse problem for the last couple months, we have caught over 4 mice and found another dead. One Saturday (today) we chased one down the stairs and my wife, who is pregnant, was really worried about the diseases that mouse can bring.We looked on Dexknows and found all the great reviews about Zap Pest Control and found that all of them are true. We called around 4:00 PM and Sean came by at 6:00 PM. He was quick and gave some very helpful information on what to do if the problem continues. He concluded we didn't have any major issues, which helped calm my wife down, and helped target problem areas and set some good traps.I also want to say that the price was awesome compared to other companies who want to put you on a year contract.We would definitely recommend this company.

Zap Pest Control is amazing! We have had tons of mice, spiders, earwigs, ants, and any other kind of disgusting creature you can think of for years. Sean came and took care of them all! We haven't seen a mouse for almost a year! And....Sean is super nice! :)

Zap pest control is the best! They came right out and attacked the problem and I haven't seen a bug since. The service was above and beyond expectations. I even got a follow up phone call to make sure that everything was okay. Very highly recommended!
