t . I had a lady last night who clearly consumed more than adequate amounts and attempted to leave the premises via her own car. I intercepted her and made my plea to do the right thing and not drive . After some debate she agreed and I called YELLOW cab which is not my preference nor is Discount . After 10 minutes the cab shows and I have my customer , her address handwritten by her , her keys and her cash to pay the driver . This man firmly refuses my customer and proceeds to chastise me and my request. We banter back and forth and I rebuttal with the logic that " isn't a cab clearly for some who have had too much to drink ?" He proceeds to scold me AND my customer and gloats in his moral high ground . My customer begins to cry and I grab her hand and lead her back inside . I was and still am in shock over this ... My call out to you service people is to be aware of this . I will NEVER call yellow cab ( only Big Dan CONWAY) . I urge you to do the same . Let Uber and Lyft eat them

I used this taxi service for transportation from Chandler to Phoenix Skyharbor. I have used several cab companies in the past and they only charged $70 to $80 on way. This company charged me $145. This is only after I complained about the $180 they wanted to charge. Driver said a first time traveller charge made it twice as much as a second time. Steer clear of this company. They are crooks. Too bad they don't have negative stars on this review. I pla on contacting the Taxi commission.
