Xtreme Home Improvement & Remodeling very disappointing, doesn't finish his job. The job was paid in full which is my fault because he gave me his promise and put it in writing that he would finish the job this spring (2015) I have it in a contract that he signed and he doesn't honor it. I have called and talked to the owner many times he makes a date and a time and he just doesn't show up or does he call. The last time was April 18th 2015. I have to say the job he has done is sloppy and after he installed the soffit I can't open my front door without it hitting the above light outside. Calking around over half of the window are not done and the ones that are done look very unprofessional. The back door he torn the old stuff off and just left it unfinished and left uncover for bugs and the weather to completely ruin it. I'm very embarrassed how the house looks and the job he did. I trusted this man, he is a very smooth talker and I thought he was a man of his word. People with good intentions make promises, but people with good character keep them. This man I can't help but believe and still wants to believe, that his intention were good. I can only hope that he reads this and he does have good character and finishes what he was paid in full to do. I will write a new letter of reference and let you know if he does make things right and he is a man of his word a does have good character and wants to continue working and serving the people of the Lakeshore with pride of the job he completes. BUT MEAN WHILE I WOULD FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE JOB !

The men with Xtreme are very hard workers and do an excellent job. My dad and I both just had our shingles replaced and we are very happy with the work and the cost of the job! ~I highly recommend them~

I would highly recommend extreme home improvements and remodeling ..rich and his crew were very professional they did what they said they were gonna do and when they said they would do it .I was very pleased with their work .I will be deffinetly using them in the future. .
