WPM was in my neighborhood cutting down tree with chainsaw before 7am which is against city ordinance and woke my small children up. They also shredded it onsite which made even more noise. Where is the common decency to wait until at least 8am or to follow city ordiances. This was way RUDE in my book. I would not recommend them or use them based on this experience.

Quoted $1100 to remove the downed tree from the car plus two other trees. Dick's tree service quoted just under $800, but couldn't be out there till the next day. I picked WPM to get the job done sooner. Cut a check before they left and asked that they not deposit it for 1 day so I could move money around. They deposited it right away and overdrew my bank account. I had to leave before they were finished, and they left at least 20, very large logs laying in my yard, and a bunch laying in the street. I figured they would come get them the next day; they did not. I waited till the next morning and told my neighbor he could have the logs if he removed them from my grass (which was being destroyed by the logs) and the street (a hazard). WPM didn't leave me a reciept; I called to get one for insurance reimbursement. WPM scolded ME about giving the logs away, apparently they belonged to WPM. I asked again about the receipt and they said "we'll send it to you" and hung up on me. Very Rude
