I left a pack of smokes in ozells van and when I called him he claimed he couldn't bri g me the pack till the morning. Actually he said by his word that it's only a few cigs in the pack. And I said I still need to have what I paid for and he said that again. It's only a coulple cogs in the pack and I said, will you bring me those couple of cigs. All the stores are closed around me and I would like to have that pack I left on accident. We all make accidents. So he said. He would bring it by sometime tomorrow. Its 2 clock in the morning but he wont be able to bring them by till the morning. I called dispatch and he said the same thing saying it be in the morning till someone brings them to me. So based on professionalism and service I got through this company is very bad. I wish Wichita falls had better taxi services and got rid of services like this company. Unfortunately we live in a world that when it comes to costumers then you get put last on the list. It's all about money. And I was going to give my driver 10 dollars just for bringing a couple smokes in the pack back to me but apparently he doesnt know what professionalism is nor the dispatcher. I hope ths owner of this company reads this. I hope to god he does. Its 2 clock in the morning on Saturday February 1st 2020.

i.e., A loEconoLodge has been referring it's hotel guests to Wichita Star Taxi when they needed a ride. Tuesday, August 5th, about 2:40pm, an EconoLodge employee called for a ride to work. About 10 minutes later, his normal ride showed up. So, thinking he was being courteous so the cab driver didn't have to sit and wait, he called the cab company and asked them to cancel the cab. He was told that if he did so, he would NEVER be sent another cab. When EconoLodge called to speak to a supervisor, they were told there is no way to speak to a supervisor and that dispatch was the highest they could go. Then she denied ever telling the employee that. She said he misunderstood and that she said he MIGHT not get a ride. That was a flat-out lie. There was no misunderstanding. In fact, the conversation even ended with the fact, and I quote, he can "just start using SkyLark Taxi from now on". When we called to settle the issue, we were fine even with a simple apology and we would have continued using Wichita Star. But, after not only not having the problem fixed, we were lied to about it. So, all of our Wichita Star cards are now in the trash. We already called and arranged for SkyLark to be the hotel's new taxi service. In fact, as I'm typing this, the cab just pulled up to deliver us a stack of their cards. This is why, in the service industry, you should have a little more respect for your customers. You never know if the person you're disrespecting is also in the service industry and your attitude costs you 50x more than you thought it would. cal favorite, or highly recommended because
