Service deserves no stars. Showed up to transport my wheelchair-bound 70 yo father from CMC-Main to a Ballantyne area rehab facility. Van was 10+ years old, 37° when he was picked up, no heat in the rear.

My father instructed the female driver he knew the directions as she started using her smartphone mapping app. He gave her turn by turn directions with plenty of advance warning. Despite this, she continued to drive with 1 hand while using her Gmap App. She was unable to maintain lane integrity and just didn't display any semblance of professionalism (except in loading & securing the wheelchair).
Not a service that Carolinas Medical should be using.
