we were towed from a non dust controlled area with no signs or warnings that it was wrong spot to park they also towed about 16 more cars that same night and put them all in a spot just behind state fair we were charged 170$ the owner of the company was rude and very disrespectful and and absolute cold miserable person i will never in this life time use them for any kind of service nor will ever attend the state fair again!

Absolutely the MOST deplorable service I have EVER received. My friends and I were towing a fifth wheel and the head gasket blew and we were stranded out on the side of interstate i17, so DPS called Western towing to assist us. We were grateful, and the dispatcher, Wendy was helpful... to start. 1.5 hours after a driver being dispatched we were still awaiting service and had called several times for an EMAIL which continued to be 30 minutes. After nearly 2 hours, a very unpleasant driver by the name of Dustin arrived asking pointless questions such as, what's wrong with the vehicle... ummmm we aren't mechanics. We just need a tow. When we advised of this he left us stranded on the side of the i17. At this point our jaws have dropped and so I contacted dispatcher Wendi to.advise she needed to send him back. We were refused service and she refused our requests to speak with a supervisor. No apologies or explanation was given.

Western Towing during the Arizona State Arizona Fair time towed my car for being parked in a no parking spot for less than a hour and charged us $170.00 to get our car out that night. This was a rip off and also we paid for the tow and still had to pay for $72.00 to the City of Phoenix of City. Western Towing had our car towed to a temporary location behind the State Fair Grounds.
