Customer service is very poor. The pipe below our kitchen sink unexpectedly broke. We made an appointment later that afternoon and after waiting around for over an hour, we heard from them and had to reschedule for the next day. The next day, I once again left work to let the plumber in and waited for a half hour without any word. I then called and they told me we would to have reschedule for the next day again. It would have been nice of them to call me if they weren't going to show up.

Started off as a nightmare with P&R and didn't get any better with Lee's. Those guys wanted to replace the entire water heater but had to order it, etc.... Walt's came out and replaced the part that day. Works like new. Thanks for saving me $1500. And when we upgrade to the tankless system we'll be calling Walt's.

Western States Plumbing has always helped us out when we have needed them. I feel that they are fair and I trust them...so far so good !!!
