Not worth the time of buying a car. Very unprofessional. He over charges and is a scam overall. I would not recommend this company.

This company has been extremely ugly. While I was shopping at the Achilles Shopping Center, someone from West Suffolk Auto was shining a flashlight into my vehicle. I asked him to stand away from my vehicle. He said I am not doing anything. So I asked again to get away from my vehicle the man became very smart mouth. He was looking to repo a 1989 Ford Ranger. My truck is a 1995. When I asked him for a third time to get away because my purse and personal items were in my truck, he said again there is northing you can do because I am not doing anything except he was still shining a flashlight into my truck. When I told him I was going to call the police, he said there is northing they can do. I had worked a 14 hour day and did not want to be harassed by someone at eleven o'clock at night. I hope no one will buy anything from this dealership. I feel bad that they have to repo a 1989 ford ranger. It is sad that they cannot tell the difference between a 1989 and 1995 since it was a vehicle they sold.

They have the best most reliable service and fast also. I have 3 kids and don't have a lot of time to sit and wait around for someone. This particular day was very busy and we just left a store to get supplies for a Birthday party that started in about 4 hours and my car wouldn't start. Man was I frantic! so I called my Insurance company and they got me in touch with this company West Suffolk Auto that happened to be near where we lived thank goodness he was so fast, friendly and reasonable and eased my worried mind with a smile. I would recommend this company to everyone!
