Wonderful company!! They delivered a dumpster to my house within the time frame I was promised. They picked up the dumpster same day I called for it to be picked up. They answered their phone promptly with great customer service. I personally spoke with Nicole. She was phenomenal to work with. She took care of it all to make sure I was completely satisfied. I cannot say enough about this company. They are neat and clean.. after the dumpster was picked up you couldn’t even tell a dumpster had been there. Highly recommend them.

I Just moved out and needed a dumpster quick. I called WastEx and they sent a 20 yard out the next day. They were very helpful, I highly recommend using them. I will be using them in the future.

The worst service I've ever had in 67 years. Steve charged me double what was quoted and ignored letters and calls from the better business bureau and the attorney general's office! Once he has your credit card, he can do whatever he wants and knows how to beat the system. He also charged me another time so if you use them, check your statements for months! I had to cancel my credit card. He is a liar and loser!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I made the mistake of using this company for a small 10yd/1 Ton dumpster. They billed more than they quoted me and when I called them they said I had agreed to the taxes and fees and they were very rude and unprofessional. AND Then 3 months after the dumpster was picked up they charged my credit card AGAIN for an overweight dumpster charge. The dumpster wasn't even 3/4 full when they picked it up and the bill is over 2 times the full dumpster. So it cost me over $660 for a 1 ton dumpster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They are crooks! Beware!!

This organization uses bate and switch tactics. I ordered a 40 yd dumpster but received a 30 yd dumpster. I was under the impression the dumpster delivered was a 40 yarder until I received a charge on my credit card for an additional fees as a result of weight limits. When I complained to the owner the response I received was racial denigration and explicit language. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!! MANY BBB COMPLAINTS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
