Horrible service. I bought a $1000 speed queen washer a few months ago. It abruptly stopped working on a Saturday. After several calls to different departments, they finally got back to me and gave me a date for them to just look at over a week later.
I am very disappointed with the product and the service. You might as well just go to the big box stores. You’ll get a better price and the service can’t be any worse.

I bought my electrolux refrigerator through Warner Stellian and went through them for repair while on warranty. In the 3 repair visits we had with them, they ended up not fixing the problem (ice maker still doesn't work) and on top of that they re-mounted the bottom freezer drawer wrong (so it's kitty-wampus and doesn't close entirely on the right side). That repair was done just at the end of the warranty period, so now we have to pay out of pocket for someone to come fix their mistake. When I called them on this - they basically said "I don't care".

I needed to shop around when my dishwasher broke. I went to Home Depot, Best Buy and Sears. They all had similar rebates and had prices within the same range for the amount of amount of cycles. Julie, my sales rep, at Warner’s was knowledgeable about helpful. When I purchase the dishwasher, all of the rebate information was already filled out for me. Delivery people were on time. I would do business with them again.

I had heard the Warner Stellan advertisement before but never had a need to contact them. When our wash machine broke down again, it was time to shop around. Even though my experience at Lowe's and Home Depot was satisfactory, it could not match the price or variety at Warner's. Lindsay, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact she brought it to our attention that we could replace our current stacking washer/dryer with any current model, because they all stack now days. Delivery people were on time and installed in a very professional manner. I would definitely do business with them again.
