The customer service at the Dorthy Lane Walmart is horrible, today when I called the store, a lady named Jean in the fitting rooms answered the phone, "Fitting rooms, what?" and when I asked to be transferred to toys she didn't say anything and apparently put me on hold and transferred me...Couldn't she of at least said please hold,screw off or something? I honestly thought she hung up on me till the toys guy answered. This wasn't the only negative encounter I've had at this store. I once stood in fabrics for 45 mins waiting for someone to come cut fabric for me, we even had the person working in that department paged 3 times. When I left the store I called and talked to the Manager, he seemed to really not care, ya he apologized but you could tell by the tone in his voice he really couldn't care less. I'd like to not go back there any more. Maybe I won't.

WATCH OUT FOR YOURSELF! THE AREA THAT THIS WAL-MART STORE IS LOCATED IN IS NOT SAFE. THERE HAS BEEN SHOOTINGS, SEXUAL ATTACKS, AND MANY MANY ALTERCATIONS IN THE STORE AND IN THE PARKING LOT.



THE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR THE PARKING LOT ARE USELESS. WE TRIED TO USE ONE IN A COURT CASE WHERE SOMEONE WAS ATTACKED AND LOST THE CASE DUE TO THE PARKING LOT CAMERAS BEING SO BAD.
