I just got my car back from Cris and Sherry at W and J towing and repair. My sons car broke down on Hwy58 2.5 hrs away from home and needed a tow truck. Unfortunately my road side assistance company did not use W and J for the tow (they used a cheaper bidder who ended up costing more for the tow in the long run), but W and J DID do the repair on the vehicle.They were up front and honest from the beginning and gave me an accurate estimate for what was needed to get him back on the road. they stayed in contact to update me as needed and had my sons car back to him in less than 24hrs. In addition, they went out of there way to make sure he knew about other worn or wearing parts on his car that may create an unsafe driving condition. They did great by me and my son, and i am glad to know there are still great people in unfamiliar places especially on that road which is both hazardous and remote.. So if there is a "next time" (which i hope not), I will be asking for W and J by name. thanks
