Installation of hvac was terrific and the new system is great, couldn't be more pleased. Vogel for service and new sales is stress free and it's a very professional hvac company...I highly recommend them.

Gene performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our air conditioning system. He pointed out things we can do to keep the system performing at its best. We have used Vogel for many years and have never been disappointed.

Having lived in my home for thirty years I have consulted many heating and cooling companies. Although most heating and cooling services have been satisfactory, I was never inclined to use the same company consistently overthe years. Last year, however, a friend, who is very particular, recommended Vogel Heating and Cooling. I have finally found a company that I trust and will rely on. John A visited my house to do the annual fall furnace check. When John came down to the basement he immediately noticed that my outlets in the basement were not working. The funny thing about that was that I had called AT&T the night before and notified them that my wireless router was not working. They were going to send a tech out which would have cost me $100. So when John said that to me I remembered that the GFI switch in bathroom must have tripped. I pushed the button and my outlets worked and also my router. John saved my $100 in addition to being a professional in every sense of the word. We invited John for a cup of coffee and we had a great conversation his grand kids. My wife and I had a great conversation with John. We really appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

John A. at Vogel Heating and Cooling came to give a second opinion about an airconditioning unit that had been causing trouble and was slated to be replaced. John got here and within a minute he knew what the problem was--a secondary drain needed a plug--and had fixed it. I am grateful for his fund of knowledge and quick eye. He not only saved me a great deal of money, he also gave mem security that the system will not work well.

I had an annual maintenance appointment to check out my air conditioning system. When I called about the house getting too warm, Vogel changed the schedule and checked my system several days early. John A came to my house, checked out the system and quickly resolved the problem. John did great work, answered all my questions, and was a pleasant person to to have working at my house.

I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received from Vogel and their staff. When my A/C went out this spring my tech Scott Gray came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. He showed great respect for my home and was very freindly and tolerable to my dog Keaton . He ordered the correct parts and had them ready and available when I was able to get the finances to make the repair. When I was ready he came out and installed the compressor start relay and capacitor and then made an extremely thorough check out of system to make sure it was operating properly before leaving. I was very happy and impressed with the amount of time and effort Scott put in to make sure I was taken care of . My A/C was once again keeping me nice and cool. Unfortunately when I came home late that evening I discovered I had another problem and called Vogel at about 11:30 p.m. to let them know what the situation was. The emergency service told me that they would have a tech call me. I did not expect to here from the tech, who happened to be Scott, in about 15 minutes after I called. He assured me the Vogel team was there for me and he was determined to get my system up and running for good. I expressed to him that it was the weekend and the weather was going to be very mild and to just wait til next week to get started if possible. Scott assured me I was top priority and he was going to make an all out effort to take care of me. He called in Vogel s Residential Expert, Joe Woods, to meet him out at my home that week to determine the problem. Quickly they found the compressor itself to have gone out. Joe had researched it and found that this particular compressor was on recall and 100% covered parts and labor. WOW !!! OUTSTANDING !!! The very next day Scott was out with a new compressor and parts and my system is now working like a champ. I can t express how impresssed and happy I am with the service I ve gotten from Vogel and in particular both Scott and Joe. Thank you Scott ! Thank you Joe ! Thank you Vogel Heating and Cooling ! We worked specifically with Tim Lauer at Vogel Heating, he was especially helpful in selecting equipment for our new addition. We chose Carrier Infinity, top of the line equipment, it is quite, and has excellent temperature and humidity control. Our home has never been more comfortable!
