I had other garbage companies and I don't miss them. we only had a choice between waste mgmt. Or vogel services here. The first one was more expensive. We get two 95gal trash cans and fill them every week. We had no severe issues so far. One of the 95 gal trash cans was recently cracked by an unknown drive Dr. I called them up and they replaced it free the next week.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! Sporadic service at best and customer service is a joke! The workers that pick up are the only reason for the one star. PAM..or whoever is in charge will not admit when they make a mistake on billing..it's ridiculous. Definitely will go with a smaller company with better service..if you want to avoid problems..I suggest you do the same.

Wow, gotta echo the fustration with these guys. 1 star is being kind. Problems started with the first pick-up as new residents. We put the bags out (no can yet) and they didn't pick up. Stuck with trash. A couple weeks later after having received the can, we get the trash to the curb Friday morning at 6:30 (our pick up day) and we're too late. They've picked up already. Another week stuck with trash. We need to go away for the weekend and ask if we can just put the bags out so we don't have our trash can out by the road for 3 days (pretty obvious someone isn't home then) and nope, can't do that without a bag tag which costs you. Now, the latest this morning (4/20/12) the trash can isn't close enough to the road, so they don't pick up again. I ask if they can come back and they tell me to hold it till next week. Listen, I pay for weekly service and right now we're averaging 2 out of every 3 weeks. I finally had enough and just filed with the BBB and am on this site looking for a replacement trash service.



I realize utility and service companies usually get a raw/unfair review more often than not. In this case, it's completely justified.
