Incompetent, unreliable, and overpriced. These people did such a mess installing a system on new construction that was beyond description...didn't label zones, leaking joints, floods, no bleeder valves causing air pockets and broken pipes in the winter due to freezing, baseboards all askew, no plans,problems with the water department.... If anything could be done incorrectly, sloppily, and backwards, these guys did it! This company deserves a meteorite/black hole no where near a star!
