hate this place. i ordered a banner looked great online when i got it in 2 weeks later is looked like **** the worst part was they gave me 250 cards with the order the cards and banner have two different colors they dont even match. only going to use local business from now on someone i can see and talk to.

I've been ordering from Vistaprint for 3 years now and I have the greatest experiences with them ever! Their contact # is 1-866-614-8007 and I was able to speak with a live person. I hope that this helps.

Very disappointing. Forgot part of my address info and paid extra for faster shipping. Was told by USPS that I to contact the company to correct the shipping address and get it shipped out ASAP. CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO SPEAK WITH IN PERSON. In addition, it take up to 48 hours for someone to return your contact. When you are running a business sometimes you don't have 24 hours, let alone 48. I am sad to say that I will be going with a local printer for all our offices future printing needs.

Their web hosting is NOT what they claim. Want your business to be discovered by search engines, find another host that caters to that. Also be prepared to pay for their so called optimizing SEO fees.

I can no longer get anyone at Vistaprint to answer the phone. There is no way to get to a live person.



It is a shame. They have been very reliable in the past.

i ordered some of the free items from your site a few weeks ago , not expecting much ....i forgot about it a week later . To my surprise , i came home a few days later to find a box waiting on me . when i opened the box from vista print , i was utterly blown away ! the products they sent me were completely wonderful! i've been in business 28 years as a contractor , and when i think of all the money i wasted on bad advertising , it makes me shudder . If i had known about vistaprint 28 years ago ....im sure my business would be double what it is now . Thank god i found these guys , i know its gonna be smooth sailing from here on out with my new help in my advertising needs . Thanks vistaprint !

My advice - go somewhere else for your printing needs!

The customer service dept for this company is awful. After my checks were returned to them as undeliverable, I had to place a second order. The shipping address was modified and the checks were resent and once again returned to them (a UPS issue that I straightened out before calling them) I called to have the shipment resent and I kept getting a script response to what I was telling them. "You need to place another order with the correct address" Hello! I just said that the address was correct! Just send them to me again! I even spoke to a supervisor and she said the same thing. They were not listening to what I was saying, so I asked to speak to her supervisor. Can't, she would have to get their permission to give me their imformation. So I'll be emailing their corporate office. I will never do business with them again.

I too was a victim of Vista Print's if not illegal, certainly unethical, practice of fine printing additional charges to their offer of reduced price business cards. I have been charged $14.95 per month for Vista Print Rewards program that I did not know I applied for and never used. The lesson I have learned is that if it's sounds too good it probably is and to check my Visa statement each month. Also, trying to reach Vista Print is an endless automated voice maze with little to no meaningful results.

I ordered announcements from Vista and they turned out great. The order was delivered to me about 5 days ahead of the time they said they would ship.

I ordered business cards.rcvd them great but nxt 2 mo. my chrg crd was chrged 14.95 for vistaprint rewards program. I called my Visa co. & explained, they called vistaprnt i'll b crdtd my 2 mo chrgs. I'll not buy from vista again. But do recomand you use Visa a hppy nding.
