I usually don’t write reviews on forums, because I prefer to use Yelp but going forward, I would like to notify the public of the contemptible phone service I endured with two of the community service workers who are employed at the San Francisco Veterans Equity Center (VEC).

..The community service workers Judith Albino and Caroline Calderon made me experience the most incommodious feeling that I've never endured.

Judith A. was very impatient and made several snarky comments and remarks. Judith A. interrogated me with multiple personal questions that were outside of her job description. Judith A. demeanor was sordid and vile. Judith A. refused to give me her name and job title and abruptly hung up the receiver without notice.

I called again and Judith A. answered and noticed my voice and made the snarky statement "I'm going to transfer you to my co-worker because you obviously don’t have the common sense to understand what I'm saying to you” I was in a shock of disbelief that a professional would make such a blatant statement.

After the 11 minute transfer (according to my IPhone) I was now speaking with Caroline Calderon. Caroline C. was just as villainous, as her co-worker Judith A. except that Caroline C. displayed more of the corporate furtive demeanor. Caroline C. laughed with her co-worker Judith A. (during the conversation, Judith's A. distinctive deride voice was heard in the background) while pretending to attempt me with my needs, which was only booking an appointment to meet with an eligibility worker. Which I’m pretty sure that's their job, also in their job description, but however I couldn't fathom the fact of why Judith A. felt the need to ask me my SSN#, DOB, Address of residence, because she's not the intake worker and merely a receptionist. But back to the discrepancies I endured with Caroline C.

Caroline actually was willing to give a first name, but not her last name nor Judith A. last name. Caroline statement was "It's against our company's policy to give the first and last name of employees". I then asked to speak with a supervisor and Caroline C. immediately retorted "My supervisor Ms. Antonia is out on vacation for a month"

At that time, I thanked her and told her that will be all for today (and I heard a voice in Caroline C. background that made a comment saying "Finally") and hung up the receiver.

I REALLY like this program and all what they do for the San Francisco community, I know that this non-profit organization serves to people who are not eligible to obtain resources for themselves, but however, applicants deserve to be treated in a respectable manner. Especially for a place of PROFESSIONAL business. I wish they could teach their community service workers INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION Skills, because it’s extremely needed at this location. As an applicant, this organization has made me feel extremely inquietude to even appear for my alleged appointment next week. I’m a bit worried that my intake worker will also display the same behavior.
