I called Vernal HVAC because I heard their commercial on the radio of how they were quick and honest. I was having an issue with my fan on my air conditioner outside. The service tech came over and told me that the fan was shot and the compressor was going out. He then said that there is no reason to put money into a unit as old as mine. I kept asking for price but he had to give me his sales pitch. Finally he tells me it's either $5,000 to fix the unit or buy a new one at $10,000! I had another company come out and they told me it was a capacitor. He had one on the truck. He had me fixed in less than an hour and it cost me less than $200. I asked him how old my unit was and he said 6 years! I couldn't believe him! So he was nice enough to call the manufacturer and they confirmed it was only 6 years old. I learned my lesson. Never use Vernal HVAC again!

i had you guys come out a few ago and i was very please (I SHOULD HAVE LEFT A REVIEW SOONER!) - i called daniels first and they only wanted to talk bad about other companies well manly you to be honest and i took that to mean that you guys must be taking alot of there business! so i called you when daniels did nothing but sit around and bash competition and what do you know! you knew more about the stuff than they did and i even quized you about daniels and your guy had nothing but good things to saythe funny part about it is that daniels told me never to call you because you only want to sell new systems well guess what? i was given the option to pay to fix my old stuff and i had to all but drag it out of the guy what it would cost to buy a whole new one! i didnt get a new system yet but who will i call when i do need a new system?? NOT DANIELS!!!! good job hvac you guys did fine in my book

My Furnace stopped working. I called HVAC and they sent a technician out that same day.They were really quick to find the problem and ordered the part for my furnace. The technicians know what there doing and are wonderful to work with. I would recommend Vernal HVAC to anyone.

After choosing them I quickly found out just what sets them apart from all the other "companies" in the basin!! I'm very happy with their work and would not settle for anyone else. Had a new unit installed and every room in my house is perfect. No more hot rooms! They treated me very well, made sure I was completely happy, and exaplined everything after the install was done. Thanks!!Quick note in response to the review before me: they saved you money by telling you what part it could be, saved you time since you wouldn't have to wait for someone, and you still leave a 2-star review? You just can't make some people happy. If they did come out that day you'd probably write a bad review about their prices or something else.

My A/C quit working. Seen these new guys in the area and thought I'd try them. Talking to them I at least found I only needed a minor part (a capictor) but it would be 2 weeks before they could give me an appointment date....It's already hot here in Vernal, it would be a long two weeks. I fixed it myself in 20 minutes.

These guys will do anything to make their customers happy. I'm not exaggerating at all, they offer a 100% money back guarantee and they're not afraid to actually honor their word. They put a new furnace in for me and everything they promised was exactly how it went. Big thanks to Jason. He's the engineer there and he designed my system, answered all my questions, and was there to talk to me any time I needed him.

I was contacted by this business about my frustration over the service I recieved. I am glad that the repair they made did fix the problem. I was upset about the price and the tech not showing up anywhere near the time he told me he would. After a long discussion with the owner. I told him a figure of what I thought this repair should have reasonably cost. He sent me a check in the mail of the difference. He said he would refund it all if I wanted. I did not think that would be fair for him since they did provide a service that fixed the problem. I am glad they had the integrity to try and make this right.

I would not recomend this company. They show up 6 hours later than they told you they would show up and their service work is way over priced. 40 minutes work cost me $370.00.That is as much as lawyers charge. To top it off. Because they were so late I lost an entire days wages, so in the end it even cost me more
