My house burnt down in March of 2015. Van Dine was hired by my contractor to tear down the house so it could be rebuilt. My first experience with this company was when the owner came to dig my dogs remains out of the rubble. That was the only thing I wanted. He came after hours and dug for hours until he found her for me. I couldn't be more grateful for that. He then took me by the hand and led me into the rubble (where it was safe of course) so I could see what was left by the fire. After that the demo began. He explained every step of the process to me as he went. It couldn't have been handled better. Very professional, great workers, great work all around!! When the demo was done it was totally clean, never would have known there was a house fire. I absolutely recommend this company!!!

Scott recently demolished and filled in a large inground pool for me. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He was very quick and made sure to take care of my neighbors yard since he had to use their driveway for access. Quick service, reasonable price and a friendly attitude...what more could you ask for?

Scott has always pushed to do the best, including meeting/beating deadlines. His skilled knowledge gets him into large jobs, malls, city blocks, etc ... yet he still values the smaller customer looking for work around their home. He is currently fixing my 100yrd driveway, and I recommended him to clean up my uncle's farm. I would recommend Scott large or small. My next project with him will be to demo and rebuild my house.

After several quotes from demolition companies, I decided to try Scott Van Dine's service. Scott was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He was professional, straightforward and honest in every step. Safety was his top priority as was avoiding or minimizing any damage to my surrounding property. His team carefully and safely took down a small garage, hauled away the debris and even gave me some money saving tips along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Getting rid of old furniture is difficult. Last week I had the good fortune to see this ad and called the number. Scott said he would be out shortly to look everything over. He was right on time and agreed to take everything the next day. Again, he was right on time and took all 10 pieces of furniture. He was very careful not to scratch walls or damage anything in the house.

I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Calling Van Dine's Scrap Removal was the best thing I did. I had several broken appliances that I needed to have removed. I called three other scrap guys before I called Van Dine's Scrap Removal. The first two didn't call me back and the third one didn't show up. Van Dine's Scrap Removal promptly returned my call, made an appointment with me and was on time for the appointment. Safety was their top priority, which is important to me being a mom. They were courteous and respectful the entire time. They got rid of all of our junk! Overall, a very good experience.
