Just needed to replace hvac system in my co-op (outside condenser and inside handler units) and I am so glad I chose V Vota Mechanical! Vince assessed the needs of my home and explained options. As I live alone, Vince respected my concerns and was very professional...with his knowledge and expertise we chose the best hvac system for my home. Not only was the cost reasonable, but Vince and his crew dismantled the old system and installed new system without my need to clean up afterwards!! His crew put down dropcloths to protect the flooring and they were friendly and courteous. Vince made sure everything was operating properly after a full day's work, showed me how to operate new thermostat and answered all my questions. And he called a few days later to ask how I was doing with the new system! I will definitely recommend V Vota Mechanical to anyone in need of this service. Many thanks, Sylvia P.
